Step 1:
Your Application

Step 2:
Our Decision-Making Process
You’ll receive a confirmation once your application is received. Our HR team will review it and share it with the appropriate manager. The selection process typically takes up to three weeks.
Step 3:
Getting to Know Each Other
We’ll schedule an interview with the relevant manager so you can get to know each other. Please plan for about one hour; interviews are held on site or virtually, based on your preference.
Step 4:
Your Future Colleagues
We’re happy to offer a trial day or individual trial lessons, along with the chance to meet your team over lunch or a coffee break (virtually if you prefer). Your future colleagues look forward to meeting you!
Step 5:
After Your Interview
We’ll get back to you within two weeks with your contract offer, which we’ll review together openly and transparently. We look forward to your YES and can’t wait to welcome you on your first day!
