Long before Onefile became part of Harris, the business was built around a simple principle. Listen to customers, understand their challenges and create solutions that genuinely help them succeed. That customer-first mindset shaped our products, our culture and the way we work together as a team. As many founder-led businesses evolve, there is often a question about how to preserve what made the company special in the first place. It's a question I've reflected on frequently during my time at Onefile. The truth is that growth should never come at the expense of culture. Onefile has always benefited from the passion, commitment and vision of its founders. They built a business that cared deeply about customers, valued long-term relationships and empowered people to make decisions that genuinely helped those they served. That legacy remains incredibly important to us today and continues to influence how we make decisions across the organisation. One of the things I value most about Harris is its buy-and-hold philosophy.
